For years, I lived with chronic, debilitating neck and lower back pain. I spent my adolescence navigating a maze of doctors and specialists, taking pain medication, and feeling entirely disconnected from my own body.
Everything changed during a summer vacation when a particularly severe episode finally pushed me to seek out integrative massage therapy. I committed to weekly treatments, not knowing what to expect. Four months later, for the first time in my life, I felt a sense of autonomy and control over my own body.
The relief was so profound that it shifted the entire trajectory of my life. I immediately enrolled in an integrative massage therapy program. I wanted to understand exactly how the nervous system and musculature interact, and more importantly, I wanted to provide that exact same relief to others.

Every body is different, and every day is different. I don't follow a script. I read your body, assess your nervous system, and seamlessly blend techniques from Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, and structural release to give your body exactly what it needs in that moment.
True healing cannot happen if your nervous system is on high alert. That's why I built a private, luxury studio. No busy waiting rooms, no clinical fluorescent lights, and no rushing. The space is intentionally designed to trigger parasympathetic relaxation the moment you walk in.
